1.1 General Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kz99 platform and all its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and kz99.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited on kz99 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Deposits may only be made from an account or mobile banking registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from a third-party account may be returned and the associated account may be suspended.
• If any fraudulent activity is proven in connection with a deposit, the account will be closed immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a successful request, funds are generally sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if account verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kz99 offers a 100% match bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposited funds.

Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Withdrawing before meeting the bonus conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• The bonus validity period and any other specific conditions will be stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless otherwise specified.

5.3 VIP Program

kz99's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can move up to a higher tier through regular play. Cashback will be provided according to the individual conditions of each tier.

6.1 General Game Rules

All games available on kz99 are operated under fair play principles. Each game's own rules are described on the game page and apply as a supplement to these Terms.

• If a technical issue arises during a game, kz99 may cancel that round and return the wagered amount.
• kz99 reserves the right to void winnings that result from a software error or bug.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

kz99 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Odds displayed at the time of betting may change, and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will be considered final.

• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet amount will be returned.
• kz99's decision is final in any dispute regarding scores or results.
• If evidence of match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage is found, the account will be closed.

7.1 Fraudulent Behaviour

Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited. If identified, the account will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once (bonus abuse).
• Playing using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to influence game results through collusion.
• Misusing the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving offensively toward other members or kz99 staff.
